Benefits of exercises / Aerobics / Body Building

"Health is wealth" so goes the saying for a healthy body it is imperative that an individual pays attention to keeping his/her body fit. So, the benefits of exercise are of almost importance.

From the 1950 to the 1980's people led a more relaxed lifestyle .The working hours were more or less from 9am - 5 pm . They ate at the right intervals and ate healthy food. Approximately being low people walked, rode a cycle or caught a less to work. Children were not exposed to the computer, TV viewing was limited and they played a lot outside.Today this is not case. The work schedules are erratic. Night shifts are the norm. Motor bikes and cars ate the preferred modes of transport. Eating, of course means junk food and eating out. Children spend most of their time studying, attending tuition classes or in front of the TV or computer. Out door games are not really heard of.

In such an age exercise is a must. This can be in the form of mild exercises, Yoga, aerobics or muscle strengthening. This will help to keep the body fit and trim.Erratic food habits & work hours plus a sedentary lifestyle lead to a lot of diseases such as B.P, Diabetes, obesity etc. All this can be controlled by any form of exercise.So, Benefits - they are plenty of benefits. Exercise makes the body trimmer and mind fresher. A long walk or an hour long exercise at the gym will leave one tired but fresh. The jobs of playing games cannot be expressed. Yoga and meditation helps one not only in having a supple body but also in improving concentration and gives relief from tension. Aerobics helps in giving people the severe exercise they need in a dance form set to music. This makes them feel better after exercising.

Body building is very essential for a strong body. There are experts and trainers at gyms who help people in getting a well-toned and a muscled body.Whatever form of exercise a person chooses, it should be done regularly, If a person has the time along with exercise, if a person also walks for half an hour daily, it would be very beneficial for his/her health.Exercise is done to work all the parts of the body, while walking helps in giving overall work to the whole body.Aerobics starts off slowly and then is done at a fast face and slowly tapers off. So there is a peal in this exercise form. This improves the heart rate and has its own benefits.

Body building is done in the gym where there is access to all kinds of machines and weights. Care should be taken to do this under the supervision of trainers who would be able to guide the person to get the utmost benefit from it. If not done correctly body buildings can end up with back problems and other injuries.In today's fast paced and sedentary where people eat at odd time and that too only junk food. It is necessary to exercise. It does at matter whether it is simply walking on exercising, aerobics on body building the need of hour is to get moving and start some form of activity which will help us ward off all the dreaded diseases - B.P, sugar and mainly obesity, so- start now.
