Alternate Heel Touchers
Exercise mainly keeps our body and our muscle

position. Alternate touching of your right heel and then your
left heel. Memorize, touching each heel just the once is one rep.And
also try to lie on your back and do a reverse cycling motion to
extend your legs out for a few cms off the ground for just 1minute
non stop motion. It actually burns but the pain of the burn reaches
at a confident point and doesn't acquire any inferior after that,
thus grit your teeth and try your level best to keep on going
away for as extensive as you can.
