    Fitness classes to assist women restructure image

    Joan Upton, a certified personal instructor and proprietor of Body Heart, is beginning a progression of fitness classes to assist women restructure their body image. The first progression of the four-week classes starts on July 21 at the McQueen Park Activities Center, 510 N. Horne St, Gilbert.

    "Loving you means creature in health, put together mind, body and spirit," Upton said. "When women support each one in bettering their health and their feelings about their bodies, outcome occurs on every level. These ladies-only classes will recommend camaraderie and supportive surroundings to assist women achieve their fitness goals and boost their self-esteem."

    The Boot Camp is beginning 9:15 to 10 a.m. The 16-session progression is $100. Fit & Fabulous fast is a proficient and an efficient 30-minute exercise that relies on explodes of cardio activity followed by spurts of muscle building. Fit & Fabulous fast as well begins July 21. The 12-session class is $55.
