EXCER CYCLE
An exer cycle is an immovable bicycle used
for exercise. This machine resembling a bicycle and it is also
possible to adapt an ordinary bicycle for this purpose. By placing
it on rollers, or by removing the front wheel, placing it on
a stand and attaching the rear wheel to a flywheel.

For warm up routines, Rollers are used by racing
cyclists. Now days many stationary bikes have appeared, including
those in recumbent positions. Spinning machines which are stationary
bikes, is used for cardiovascular exercise. Indoor stationary
bikes are used for beating obesity or just exercise. Exercise
bikes have an option to increase the resistance of the pedal
moving to get different training. Some exer cycle allow the
user to pedal backwards, allowing them to exercise antagonist
muscles which are not exercised in forward pedaling.
Uses
An exercise bike is best suitable for rehab
clinic because of providing the low impact cardiovascular exercise.
It allows performing safe, as well as an effective cardiovascular
exercise. The low impact movement involved in operating an exercise
bike does not put much stress on your joints and does not involve
hard movement that some other fitness equipment may require.
