INSTRUCTIONS :

The Instructions for the exercise Lying Leg Raise With Hip Thrust is follows : This exercise too benefits your abdominal muscles. Get a flat bench and position it in such a way to give enough space for your legs to extend out one end. Sit on the bench close to one end and then lay back. Hold the bench at the level of height of your head for stability. Extend your legs straight out, keep your knees and feet together. This is the starting position for the exercise. Bend only at the hips; slowly raise your legs up until they are pointing straight up. At this point, lift your pelvis off the bench as high as possible. Lower your pelvis back, and slowly lower your feet back to the starting position.
