INSTRUCTIONS :

The Instructions for the exercise Rope Pull Up is follows : Set up this exercise by getting a rope extension and hang it over the top of a pull up bar. Stand under the pull up bar, hold the rope extension with a neutral grip, with your palms facing inwards. Holding the rope, take your feed away from the floor so that you are hanging with arms outstretched. This is the starting position of the exercise. Slowly pull yourself up until your hands almost touch your upper chest. Pause and slowly lower yourself back to the starting position of the exercise.

TIPS :

The Tips for the exercise Rope Pull Up is follows : While doing this exercise; always use maximum range of motion. This means going up as high as possible and dropping down until your arms are almost fully outstretched. To get extra intensity, slow the movement right down.
